About the role
You will be the bridge between creators and our product, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and excited.
You understand the creator economy and speak the language of influencers and content creators.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day relationships with creators on the platform.
- Design and run creator programs, webinars, and community events.
- Collect feedback and surface insights to Product and Growth teams.
- Collaborate with Support to ensure fast, empathetic responses to issues.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in community, partnerships, or influencer marketing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Comfort hosting webinars, live sessions, or events.
