About the role
You will be on the front line of our customer experience, turning questions into moments of delight.
You enjoy solving problems, explaining complex flows simply, and spotting patterns in tickets.
What you'll do
- Respond to support tickets across email, chat, and in-product channels.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with Engineering to document and escalate bugs.
- Create and maintain help center articles and macros.
- Share product feedback and ideas based on customer conversations.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer support for SaaS or marketplaces.
- Clear written English and comfortable spoken communication.
- Ability to learn complex tools and explain them simply.
- Experience with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or similar is a plus.
