Onboarding Your Team
Invite team members, set permissions, and get your agency up and running on Infloso AI in minutes.
Getting your team set up on Infloso AI is quick and easy. Our role-based access system ensures everyone has exactly the permissions they need.
Navigate to Team Settings from your agency dashboard. Click Invite Member and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation link to join your agency workspace.
Assign roles based on responsibility. Available roles include: Admin (full access including billing), Campaign Manager (create and manage campaigns), Analyst (view-only access to analytics and reports), and Coordinator (manage creator communications).
Each team member can be assigned to one or more brand workspaces. This is useful when you have dedicated account managers for specific clients.
You can update roles and remove access at any time. All actions are logged in the activity feed so you have full visibility into who did what and when.
Quick Steps

- 2Click Invite Member and enter their email.
- 3Choose a role: Admin, Campaign Manager, Analyst, or Coordinator.
- 4Assign them to the relevant brand workspaces.
- 5They accept the invite and start collaborating immediately.
